Share Your Research

One of the most important aspects about doing research is sharing it. Sharing your work with your peers or with the public not only gets your ideas heard by a wider audience, but it also inspires cross-discipline collaboration, leads to new finds, and helps you to apply your research in the real world.

There are several ways in which you can share your research both on and off campus. Take a look below to see the many ways in which UT students are getting their research heard.

Fall Spring Summer
Discovery Day
Fall poster symposium for students who conducted research during the summer, either at UT or elsewhere.
PURSUIT
Students may submit their work to be published in PURSUIT, UT’s on-campus undergraduate research journal.
EURēCA
The largest display of undergraduate research on campus. EURēCA is a spring poster symposium for students who have conducted research with UT faculty throughout the year.
Arts & Science Undergraduate Research Symposium (ASUReS)

An annual celebration of research and creative endeavors by currently enrolled undergraduate students in the College of Arts & Sciences (CAS).

Summer Research Poster Symposium
If you are doing research on campus during the summer, register to be a Summer Research Scholar and present at our annual Summer STEM Poster Symposium.
Fall Spring Summer

Student Travel Grants Program
Apply for funding to travel to present research at a national conference or event.
Posters at the Capitol
Students may be selected to present their research to state legislators in Nashville, TN.
Posters on the Hill
Students may be selected to present their research to Congress in Washington, D.C.
National Conferences on Undergraduate Research (NCUR)
Students may be selected to present their research at NCUR, the largest undergraduate research conference in the nation.
